Delivery information

We offer free delivery to all orders delivered within the UK
mainland, excluding the Scottish Highlands. We aim to dispatch all
orders received before 12 noon Monday to Friday on the same working day.
Orders received later than this, and weekend and Bank Holiday orders
are sent out the next working day.

Orders are sent out on a next working day courier service, although delivery to Scotland can take a day or two longer.

Orders up to 1kg and not containing flammable solvents may be sent via Royal Mail on a tracked service.

We advise customers not to engage contractors, or start work on their
project, until their order has been received. Once orders have left us
we are in the hands of the courier, and, very rarely, items do get lost
or damaged.

We will send you an automatic email acknowledging your order when the order is placed.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.
Unfortunately we cannot specify an exact delivery date or time. We use a
‘signed for’ service, although the courier may ask for a name and take a picture instead.

A VAT invoice will be included with every order, but if you need a
copy please just let us know by email at admin@multicolour.co.uk.

Shipments to the Scottish Highlands of flammable goods, or items
weighing more than 1kg, will carry a surcharge. We will only charge you
the extra charged to us by our courier, and will give you the option to
cancel if you do not agree to this.

UK offshore Islands and Northern Ireland. Please contact us to check
if we can deliver, and what the costs will be. We will only add on the
extra costs to us.

We do not ship internationally, sorry.
